Battery
Japanese Spec are a much more narrow battery terminal. You will require new terminal ends on battery cables to fit the North American style battery.

Modified Fit - 26R Series or 35 Series (550-700cca)
For modified fit you will need to remove the plastic battery tray, purchase a new hold down & ground cable, and carefully Dremel the lower mount fins off the battery.

Closest I could find to a USDM carry over was for the 08 - 12 Accord, but it's 25mm shorter, and the Radiator cap is in a different spot.

*Fitting a new Alternator will require changing out the Water Pump Housing from the JDM style to the USDM style. While swapping the housing, it is recommended to change all the Pulleys, Tensioner, and the Water Pump to the USDM style as well.
If you want to do the full auto tensioner setup, you'll need a tensioner out of a 04-08 Acura TSX/Honda Accord, and the Idler Pulley from an EP3 Civic.
